I did so well with losing weight when I had this blog so I’m starting it back up forreallll again. I had a 2 pound loss from the scale yesterday putting me at 147.5. Woke up early and went to the gym!
1. Tan. 5 days a week.
2. Gym. 7 days a week.
3. One meal per day.
4. No Drunk Eating.
5. No Candy, Sweets.
6. Minimal Dairy.
7. Tea instead of Coffee.
8. Do not eat alone, since you will eat with friends.
9. No snacks.
10. Don’t be afraid of adderall.
148.5. and i ate chipotle+like a pig yesterday and still lost half a pound without going to the gym on top of it…i can dig it
just imagine taking off your shirt and proving everyone wrong in your bathing suit. YOU GOT THIS
Lunch: Bowl of Rice Krispies and Skim Milk
Dinner: Collie’s Santa Fe wrap with chips and salsa
Snacks: Teavana Tea
Gym: 20 minute BF workout, 30 seated leg presses
